Technical Support for EPSON Printer :
A.Steps for Solving Problems Related to Print Quality
- Please ensure that all inks inside the ink tanks are not running out. In case any of them is used up, please replace it with the new one. If the problem still persists, go to the next step.
- Pull all the cartridges out of the printer

- Put all the cartridges back to their respective positions. Check the printing outcome. If the problem still persists, go to the next step.
- Examine inks of all colors inside the transparent cartridges.
 
 
Vacuum all ink cartridges which are not fully filled up until they are full.
Please ensure that you do not touch the cartridge chip. Otherwise, please wipe it with dry tissue paper in order to avoid short circuit with the printer.
 
Put all the ink cartridges back to their respective positions, and then check the printing result.
If the above steps cannot resolve your problem, please bring your printer to our nearest service center, and our technician will delightedly assist you in resolving your problem.

Technical Support for HEWLETT-PACKARD (HP) Printer :
A. Installation steps for HP 27, 28 and HP 21, 22 (HP DeskJet 3xxx)
- Open the printer lid. Stick the brackets as on the figure below.
- Replace your cartridge with SISS Cartridge. Please ensure that the hose, after the installation, points to the right. If necessary, you may use sellotape to accomplish it.

- Unplug the power cable, and with your hand move the print head to the left side while ensuring that the hose is not disrupted.

- With your hand once again, now move the print head to the right side, and ensure that the hose is not disrupted.
B. Problem Solving
All of our products are equipped with hoses which are fully filled up since the manufacturing process. However, due to the shipping process, sometimes there might be some air bubbles inside your SISS hoses.
Unlike Epson and Canon printers, HP Printer is not equipped with a pump, so you have to lift the ink manually. The steps are below.
- Kindly observe the ends of all hoses near the print head. If there are some air bubbles, proceed to the next step.

- Unplug the power cable and move the print head to the right side

- With a vacuum pump, pump air through the air hole of your ink tank approximately 1 – 1.5 milliliters, depending on the amount of the air bubbles inside the corresponding hose.
After pumping, ensure that you still hold the position of the vacuum pump on the air hole for 30 – 45 seconds, in order to avoid the ink flows back as well as to prevent ink leak on your ink tank.

CAUTION: Push the syringe approximately 1 – 1.5 milliliters. After pumping, hold the position of the syringe for 30 – 45 seconds.
